Term of Service

About References

  • Please provide the pictures references of your character/the character that you want me to draw

  • Flat colored references is preferred to ensure 100% correct color

  • If you want any certain poses and backgrounds, please provide the reference. (To minimalize any revisions because the artist would know more what you want exactly)

  • The artist would request more references if required, for better results and smoother progress.

About Revisions

  • Revisions is limited to 5 times, more than the stated amount will be charged more

  • Major revisions (pose, BG) is only available on sketch stage

  • Major revisions is not available on coloring stage

  • Only minor revisions (colors fixing) is available on coloring stage

About Payments and Prices

  • Payment is sent after the sketch is finalized

  • Full payment should be sent to proceed further from sketch phase to coloring phase.

  • No partial payments, only full payment.

  • Prices listed are USD (international) and IDR (local Indonesian only)

  • International commission payment is via PayPal Invoice

  • Local (Indonesia) commission payment is via local bank transfer (BCA)

Timeframe

  • The artist will finish the commission within one month after the payment is sent.

  • Completion time could be earlier than one month, but this is the very late estimation of the completion time. (Date of the payment + one month)

  • Example: (Payment date) 24th June 2021 - (Will be completed before or at) 24th July 2021.

About Refund

  • Refund is not available, the client cannot make any refund after the payment is sent.

  • BUT, refund is only available if the artist cannot finish the commission after 90 days

Misc

  • Unless specifically requested otherwise. The artist is free to use and upload the commission as portfolio on the artist's galleries such as Twitter

  • Please inform the artist in advance if you don't want your commissioned artwork to be uploaded by the artist.

  • STRICTLY, do not claim the commissioned artwork as yours.

  • The artist might refuse a commission if the artist is not comfortable/feel like the artist might not be able to do it

  • The slot is unlimited while the commission status is open.

Workflow/Process

  1. Contact the artist via available social medias, you can greet the artist and send questions about the commission first.

  2. Send the references and the instructions to the artist for the commission.

  3. The artist will notify you if he able to work on the commission or not.

Sketch Stage

  1. The artist will be working on the client's commission following client's instructions

  2. The sketch stage would take within 1 week depending on the artist's time and depending on client's responsiveness (For revisions). The artist will notify the client if there's any delays or when the initial rough sketch is done.

  3. Major revision is available in this stage (Pose revision)

  4. After the sketch is finalized, the client should send the full payment (via PayPal invoice) to proceed further to coloring stage

  5. The artist will send a Paypal invoice to the client for the payment.

Coloring Stage

  1. After the artist received the payment, the artist will notify the client and proceed to the coloring stage.

  2. This stage would take at least one month to be completed (Usually finished earlier)

  3. The artist will send the progress of the commission to the client, also for color revision if there's any.

  4. Only minor revision is available in this stage. (Color fixing, etc)

  1. OCs and Fan-arts

  2. Furry/Kemono

  3. Human

  4. I prefer to draw Male

  5. I can draw different body types (Muscular, lean, twink, chubby, etc)

  6. I could draw female, but I don't have much experience.

Don'ts:

  1. Political things, religion, etc

  2. Gore (Minor 'gore'/light injury such as nosebleed is ok, but please no heavy gore)

  3. Making new character design

  4. Robot/Mecha/Detailed Mechanical things

  5. Certain fetishes (Example: Watersports, macro/micro, vore, scat, etc)
